I’m Angela Bruno, a Certified Land Consultant and Realtor with FLX Real Estate, and the founder of Land Collective, where I focus exclusively on helping landowners, developers, and builders unlock the full potential of their projects. As a Certified Land Consultant through the American Land Institute, I bring refined expertise, deep market knowledge, and a strategic mindset to every deal.

My background is rooted in finance, which gives me the ability to analyze hundreds of land opportunities, understand market trends, and structure projects with clarity and precision. For the past five years, I’ve dedicated myself to studying land at a high level, everything from acquisition and development opportunities to builder activity, negotiation strategy, and the emotional psychology behind major investment decisions. My goal is simple: create win-win outcomes where land potential becomes real progress.

I also lead a sales team that offers concierge-level service to both builders and buyers, ensuring every subdivision we represent is handled with intention, professionalism, and polish. With 15 years in sales and eight years as a licensed Realtor, I’ve learned how to navigate challenges creatively, keep deals alive, and deliver solutions when others might walk away. Deals don’t fall apart on my watch.

Originally from Southeast Idaho, I’m proud to call the Treasure Valley home. As a mom of three boys, I value community, growth, and the quality of life Idaho offers.
