Angie Lupanov

Hi, I’m Angie Lupanov, a Realtor® with FLX Real Estate, and I bring a creative, design-forward approach to every home I represent. I’m originally from Portland, and today I’m proud to call Star, Idaho home, where my husband and I are raising our three kids (two girls and one boy). We’ve been married since 2014, and our family is deeply rooted in the home world. My husband is the owner and builder of Birch Custom Homes, and I play an active role as the designer, helping shape homes from the earliest ideas to the final details.

That hands-on building experience gives me a unique advantage in real estate. I understand how homes are put together, what to look for during walkthroughs, and how to evaluate layout, flow, and functionality, not just finishes. I also have an accounting degree, which means I’m comfortable with the numbers side of real estate too, from pricing strategy to keeping the process organized and on track. For me, becoming a REALTOR® felt like the final piece of the puzzle, blending construction knowledge, design passion, and a practical understanding of the process into one role where I get to serve people in a meaningful way.

I’m especially passionate about helping sellers position their homes to stand out. With a designer’s eye, I can help you see simple improvements that elevate presentation, maximize appeal, and highlight what makes your home shine. My goal is always the same: to help you feel confident, prepared, and supported from our first conversation to the final signature.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hiking, camping, exploring new towns, planning a tropical getaway, or enjoying my favorite Treasure Valley spot, the Boise River Greenbelt. I also love cooking, home design, and yes, I’m always happy with a good latte in hand.
