Get to Know Bill
I’m Bill Tilman, a native of the Treasure Valley, and my roots trace back to the local community, including graduating from Mountain View High School in 2006. Fueled by an early passion for real estate, I took a bold step by leaving Boise State University to pursue my dream. Enrolling in Real Estate School, I earned my Real Estate license in July of 2008, marking the beginning of a dedicated journey in the real estate realm.
Since 2012, I have immersed myself in New Construction and Development, forming valuable connections with home builders. As the owner and builder of Union Building Company, I’ve gained firsthand experience in the building process and the relationships that drive successful projects. While New Construction and Development remain a significant focus in my career, my heartbeat lies in assisting buyers and sellers, with a business philosophy centered on providing sellers exceptional service at a fair price , a philosophy that defines FLX Real Estate.
Outside the world of real estate, my priorities center on quality time with my family. Whether at our family cabin nestled in the mountains or embarking on road trips to explore the Northwest's beauty, family takes precedence. I find joy in outdoor pursuits like trail riding on my dirt bike, mountain biking, and off-trail camping. A regular on the basketball court, this locally raised Idahoan also embraces the region's hunting and fishing opportunities. When I'm not facilitating real estate transactions, you'll likely find me with my family or amidst the rugged landscapes that make Idaho my home.
