I’m Charity, and I’m a true native of the Treasure Valley. I’m from Boise, Idaho, and my roots run deep here. My love for Idaho isn’t just something I say, it’s a big part of why I do what I do. I genuinely enjoy welcoming newcomers to the area, helping them fall in love with this community, and connecting with fellow Idaho natives who understand what makes the Treasure Valley so special.

Because I’ve grown up here, I bring strong local knowledge to every transaction. I use that insight to help both buyers and sellers navigate the Treasure Valley real estate market with confidence, staying informed on the details that matter and the trends that shape our communities. I’m also proud to be a Circle of Excellence Member for many years, which reflects my consistent commitment to serving clients at a high level.

Giving back is also a meaningful part of my story. From 2002 to 2008, my family and I lived in Romania, where we started a nonprofit organization and dedicated ourselves to supporting families in multiple villages, with a special focus on serving the Roma community. That experience shaped me in lasting ways and continues to influence how I show up for others today.

When I’m not working in real estate, you’ll most likely find me spending time with my children and family, or outside enjoying Idaho’s beauty. Whether I’m exploring the outdoors with my husband and our dogs or simply soaking up time in nature, that’s where I feel most grounded and grateful.
