I’m Mandie, and whether it’s cheering on my kids from the sidelines, hauling home a stack of jerseys to wash, or guiding families through the real estate process, I’ve always been the one people count on. As a proud mom of three amazing kids, being the “go-to” person for family, friends, and clients is who I am at my core.

I was born and raised in Southern Idaho in a small farming and ranching community, where my family raised beef cattle, alfalfa, and row crops. Growing up on a farm taught me the value of hard work, honesty, and dependability—qualities I carry into everything I do. After high school, I attended Boise State University and studied Criminal Justice, later working in the legal field for 12 years. While I enjoyed helping people through that career, I realized my true passion was in serving families more personally, which led me to real estate.

My husband and I moved to the Treasure Valley in 2001 because we knew it would be the perfect place to raise our family. We love the sense of community, the outdoor adventures just minutes away, and the balance of small-town heart with city amenities. Since then, I’ve loved helping others find their place here too—whether that means buying their first home, selling a longtime family house, or simply easing the stress of the process. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me reading a good book, camping with my family, or cheering on my kids at their sporting events.

Real estate is more than contracts and keys to me—it’s about caring for people through one of life’s biggest transitions. I bring the same dependability, warmth, and determination I bring as a mom to every client I serve.
