Hello, I’m Mary Pethtel, and it’s a pleasure to introduce myself to you as a proud member of the FLX Real Estate team.

My journey in real estate is a unique one. As a veteran of the United States Air Force, I began my professional career with a degree in accounting. While I’ve always appreciated the value of numbers and detail, I discovered that my true passion is helping people navigate the exciting world of real estate. That transition felt natural for me, and I’ve been dedicated to serving clients with care, clarity, and commitment for the past 10 years as a REALTOR®.

What sets me apart is the combination of experience, education, and a deep understanding of what it means to guide people through major decisions. I’ve worked in both residential and commercial real estate, which has given me valuable insight into a wide range of transactions. I’m also a proud Circle of

Originally from Montana, I’ve called Idaho home for over 30 years and truly can’t imagine living anywhere else. These days, I’m a proud grandma to four grandbabies, and when I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me outside. My boyfriend Chris and I spend most of our time enjoying the Idaho lifestyle, camping, riding our side-by-side, working out, and soaking up every bit of the outdoors with our dogs. And yes, my dog Timber just turned 3, and she’s absolutely part of the crew.

Chris and I also moved into our dream home three years ago, so I understand firsthand what it feels like when the right home finally clicks.
