Throughout my career, I’ve mastered the art of assessing a situation and adapting my approach to fit the unique goals and communication styles of thousands of students and parents. My background has forged an ability to communicate confusing details clearly, advocate fiercely, and thrive under intense pressure. Whether I’m guiding a student toward excellence or leading a school safely through a critical emergency as an acting principal, I’ve learned that thorough preparation and advocacy are non-negotiable for success.

Originally from Eastern Idaho, my family and I moved to the Treasure Valley for college and quickly embraced its dynamic opportunities and unique mixture of Eagle’s quiet charm and Meridian’s convenience. When I’m not focused on client success, you’ll find me on the golf course, on the water boating, or at the gym (my chosen stress reliever). Community is core to who I am; I spent 15 years coaching youth sports and am passionate about supporting causes like Mental Health Awareness and the BSU Band.

My favorite traditions involve friends and family, from Sunday dinners where I fire up the barbecue to a meaningful Christmas Eve routine where we perform “Random Gifts of Kindness”, giving small presents to those in tough spots or working over the holidays.
