I’m Rachel Sontag, a real estate professional in the Treasure Valley. After relocating from Southern California to Idaho with my husband and our two boys eleven years ago, we were drawn to the Gem State for its quality of life, wide-open space, and the appeal of a more rural, country lifestyle.
My family and I took on a major adventure when we purchased a 1975 farm, and I’ve been hands-on in bringing it back to life through extensive renovations, including plumbing, electrical, windows, painting, and building a beautiful wrap-around deck. We’ve also added a new barn and tackled countless other projects, all rooted in one thing: turning a vision into reality.
Outside of real estate, I love furniture flipping and bringing new life to old pieces. Our farm stays busy as we raise animals and run Sunday Ranch, a small horse boarding facility with pasture stalls, barn stalls with runs, a large sanded round pen, and a 100x80 arena where we offer riding lessons.
