Idaho Ranch & Rural Property Specialist
With 20+ years in real estate and hands-on ranch experience, I guide Idaho ranch and rural clients with clear, no-nonsense expertise.
With over 20 years of real estate experience, I’m a licensed Idaho broker and Ranch & Rural Property Specialist based in Sweet, Idaho, where my family and I operate just shy of 80 acres of working ground.
Throughout my two decades in real estate, I’ve built my reputation on straightforward communication, strong negotiation, and a practical understanding of land value. A significant portion of my work has focused on bare land transactions in Boise County, particularly 5–100 acre parcels purchased by buyers building ranches, homesteads, and livestock-ready properties. I’ve also assisted local investors in acquiring larger tracts and strategically subdividing them into 10-acre parcels.
Alongside my husband and two daughters, I raise cattle for beef that we sell to our local community. Since purchasing our first 16 cows in 2022 and continuing to grow our herd, I’ve gained firsthand experience with land productivity, grazing management, fencing, water systems, livestock handling, and the economics behind rural property ownership. I’m not a hobby farmer — I’m operating.
In addition to ranching, I train and ride horses, specializing in starting colts and developing bridle and reining horses. My oldest daughter works at a local veterinary clinic and helps start colts with me, while my youngest balances academics, competitive club and high school volleyball, and riding.
I specialize in working ranches, horse properties, and productive rural land throughout Idaho, with a strong focus on Boise County. While I welcome higher-end and legacy ranch properties, my foundation is rooted in functional ground — land that works, produces, and holds long-term value.
Known for my no-nonsense, straightforward approach, I believe in shooting straight, protecting my clients’ time, and focusing on the details that matter: water, access, fencing, soil, improvements, zoning, and long-term usability.
If you’re buying or selling Idaho ranch or rural property, I bring 20 years of experience, real-world operational knowledge, and clear, honest guidance every step of the way.
