Chimney Peak is a four-home enclave tucked into Kelly Creek, one of Northwest Meridian's established tree-lined neighborhoods. Kent Wang Homes built three of them: open-concept single-level floor plans from 2,299 to 2,564 square feet, each with four bedrooms, three baths, a primary suite plus a separate guest en suite, and oversized garages — two with 35-foot RV bays. All three found buyers.
