Ian Kihara

I was born and raised in Boise, and after more than a decade leading teams in manufacturing management, I decided to make a career change that would bring me closer to my family and my community. Real estate gave me that balance, along with the opportunity to help people in one olf life’s biggest moments—finding a home.

My approach is simple: I treat every client like family. Whether you’re buying your very first home or preparing to sell, I focus on making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m calm under pressure, easy to talk to, and always committed to working hard for your goals with honesty and care.

I specialize in Boise and Meridian neighborhoods south of the freeway, but I love working with buyers and sellers all across the Treasure Valley. First-time buyers are especially close to my heart—I enjoy guiding them step by step and celebrating that big moment when they finally get their keys.

Outside of real estate, I spend as much time as I can outdoors, especially at Bogus Basin and other Idaho trails. I’m also a proud dad of two boys and our energetic pointer, Cooper—better known as Poopy Coopy. Fun fact: I used to be a ski and snowboard instructor, and I even have a degree in Chemistry.
