Kassi Biggs

Hi, I’m Kassi Biggs, the in-house Marketing Guru at FLX Real Estate and the one-person marketing team behind the brand. If it needs to be created, launched, polished, printed, posted, or put into the world with intention… it usually lands on my desk.

I’m a big believer in the kindergarten rule: treat others the way you want to be treated. Whether I’m working with an agent, a builder, or a client behind the scenes, my goal is always the same: help people feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. Great marketing is part strategy, part design, and a whole lot of relationships.

I support our brokerage and agents from end to end, including listing marketing (flyers, email blasts, social media, signage, open house materials and more), new construction marketing (plat maps, marketing floor plans, subdivision logos, signage, email campaigns, social content), and agent marketing (postcards, handouts, booklets, newsletters, brochures, headshots, logos, stickers, and just about anything else you can dream up). I’ve even helped design things like river raft decals to market an agent, because marketing should be as bold and memorable as the people behind it.

I also handle new agent onboarding from a branding standpoint, including business cards, bios, agent web pages, logo designs, headshots, name tags, email signatures, and more. On top of that, I support agent recruiting materials, help drive brokerage-level marketing initiatives, and led the rebrand from FourPointFive Real Estate to FLX, including brand rollout support and ongoing website/social media maintenance. I love collaborating with our builder partners too, and I’ve created logos and branding for local builders we work with, including Union Building Company. If you need it, there’s a good chance I can create it, brand it, and make it shine.

My style is equal parts strategy and design: clean, modern, brand-aligned, and built to convert, whether it’s a listing launch, a subdivision campaign, or a recruiting push. If you want marketing that feels cohesive, professional, and actually gets used (and loved), I’m your person.

Also, yes, I’m the official office snack lady. Great marketing runs on great snacks.

I’m a self-taught graphic designer, video editor, website designer, and marketer with 9+ years of professional experience. My career started in an unexpected place: I was a receptionist at Gyro Shack when the owner asked me to take on social media. I figured out design using whatever tools I could get my hands on, learned the basics of Illustrator and Photoshop, and then went full “if I don’t know how, I’ll figure it out.” That’s been my approach ever since. I’ve worked with multiple companies and three brokerages, and I also run my own freelance business, CosiCustoms, with projects ranging from brand design to community-focused work like Strong Minds Idaho. I also do freelance work for a small marketing firm called StoneFox Creative, and one of my favorite projects with them was designing stickers for the Meridian Police Department. When time allows, I create listing reels to help properties feel as scroll-stopping as they are in person.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my dog Bentley, my goofy, sweet German Shepherd who is basically my furry child. We’re regulars at Clubhound and tend to be at the river year-round. When it warms up, you’ll catch us paddle boarding. I’m also always making something, whether that’s crocheting, embroidery, paint-by-numbers, making a sourdough creation, woodworking, or upcycling furniture. Lately, I’ve been focused on health, growth, and becoming the strongest version of myself, personally and professionally.

And if you hear someone call me “Kasserole,” that’s because “Kassi rolls”… I’m famously accident-prone. I was born Montana, but call Idaho home. And yes, I’m left-handed.

My favorite part of what I do is watching someone’s idea go from a quick thought to a real, polished, professional brand moment. I call it: “Creating authentic vibes.”
